All Natural Food Therapy courses and digital products are delivered electronically and provide immediate access upon purchase. Because of this, we do not offer refunds or returns once access has been granted.

When you complete your purchase, you gain instant access to protected digital content. By doing so, you agree that your right to cancel under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations ends once the digital content is made available to you. This is standard practice for digital goods and ensures fairness for all customers.

If you experience any technical issues accessing your course, please contact us at hello@naturalfoodtherapy.co.uk so we can resolve the problem promptly. Refunds will only be considered in the unlikely event that a technical error on our part prevents access to the course material and we’re unable to fix it.
