Welcome to Natural Food Therapy's online store. The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Natural Food Therapy. We operate this online store and learning platform to provide educational services, including digital courses, masterclasses, workbooks, and related resources (the “Services”). Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to securely provide and process these Services.

By using our website, placing an order, or accessing any of our digital content, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not continue to use our Services.
1. Access and Accounts
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country of residence) and that the information you provide when creating an account or making a purchase is accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity under your account. Access is provided for your individual use only and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.
2. Educational Products and Services
Natural Food Therapy provides educational and informational content through digital courses, masterclasses, and related materials. Our Services are intended for personal learning and self-development and are not a substitute for professional therapy, dietetics, or medical treatment. We make reasonable efforts to ensure all content is accurately described and maintained. We may update or improve materials periodically to maintain quality, reflect current knowledge, or enhance your learning experience. Minor variations in appearance or format may occur depending on your device or browser.
3. Orders and Payment
When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase one of our digital Services. Your order is accepted once your payment has been successfully processed and access to your product is granted.
Prices are shown in your local currency where available and processed in our store’s base currency (GBP). Exchange rates are set automatically by Shopify and updated regularly. All prices include VAT or applicable taxes where required by law.
You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information to allow us to complete your transaction and deliver access. If your payment cannot be processed, we are not obligated to fulfil your order.
4. Digital Access and Delivery
Our products are delivered electronically. Once payment is complete, you will receive immediate access to your digital product via email or through your account on our learning platform. By purchasing, you request and consent to immediate access to the digital content. You acknowledge that your 14-day right to cancel under UK consumer law ends once access has begun. If you experience any access issues, please contact hello@naturalfoodtherapy.co.uk so we can help resolve them.
Our Services are available internationally. By placing an order, you acknowledge that your purchase will be processed in GBP, and any currency conversion will be handled automatically by your payment provider and Shopify.
You will have full access to your course and materials for 12 months from the date of purchase. After this time, course content may be updated, replaced, or retired as we continue to improve our educational resources.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
Because our courses and digital materials provide instant access after purchase, all sales are final once access has been granted. This includes situations where you change your mind or decide not to complete the course.
If a technical error on our part prevents you from accessing your purchase and we are unable to fix it within a reasonable time, we will offer an appropriate remedy, which may include a refund.

6. Use of Educational Content

You may not copy, share, reproduce, distribute, or adapt any materials without written permission from Natural Food Therapy. Sharing login details or redistributing content is a breach of these Terms and may result in suspension or termination of access without refund.

Our courses and materials are for educational purposes only. They do not replace medical, psychological, or nutritional advice and should not be used as a substitute for professional support or treatment. We make no guarantees of specific results, as outcomes will vary entirely based on individual circumstances.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Natural Food Therapy, its team, contractors, and partners will not be liable for any loss, damage, or expense arising from your use of our Services or materials, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of access, interruptions, or perceived lack of results.
Our Services are designed for educational purposes only and should under no circumstances be relied upon as medical or psychological advice. We are not responsible for any physical or mental health outcomes resulting from your use of the content or your interpretation of it.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product concerned.
